Kickoff meeting 4 weeks prior to your wedding

We create an organized list of all vendors and parties involved complete with contact information and schedule details

We confirm all set-up/breakdown times with the venue as well as load-in time(s).

We create an organized timeline for the wedding ceremony and reception. Afterward, we ensure all vendors are informed of the timeline and can meet any/all obligations.

We pick up any last minute items needed for the ceremony or reception. (San Diego County only)

We provide 12 hours of continuous ceremony and reception coordination with compliments of your timeline.

We set-up, style, and arrange all wedding elements including escort cards, favors, guest book(s), table assignments, photo booth props, etc...

We coordinate and instruct the wedding rehearsal.

We are there to address and resolve any issues should they arise.

We make ourselves available to meet in-person for meetings as needed.
